    I don’t know a single business owner that wants a culture that fails their business. However, some aren’t aware of the culture of their business. Unfortunately, this can lead to things like high staff turnover, cutthroat cultures, and more.

    One of the ways to help with this is to find a general manager or a positive culture manager. One employee checks on everyone’s happiness, runs morale-building events, and lets the people be heard anonymously.
