I have had many companies and partners in 30 years.
Somehow women have always been the best partners, and I have no idea why.
Mostly I have found men to be lazy and greedy. And when push comes to show…

But generally speaking, your partner should have skills that you don’t. I’m absolutely fan of honesty an transparency. Admitting your own weaknesses is always a step to the better development of the company.

I don’t wan’t to undervalue men, maybe it’s just me and some bad luck.
